Agentforce pricing after Dreamforce 2026: price the process, not the agent

At Mindcat, we price the process before the agent. Agentforce now bills four ways: Flex Credits at $0.10 per standard action, $2 per resolved Help Agent session, $2 per conversation, or a fee per user. Count the actions one case takes and how often the agent resolves it, and the cheaper unit follows.
