Industries · facilities and contractors · safety induction training your crews take on their phones

The site induction on every worker’s phone, and the proof by site when the auditor asks.

For FM, MEP and fit-out contractors with crews in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh and Jeddah. Mindcat Learn puts your safety induction on each worker’s phone in Hindi, Urdu, Arabic or English, checks it with a short quiz, issues the certificate, and shows your HSE manager who has done what at each site. Hosted in the UAE or the Kingdom, from AED/SAR 15 per active learner a month.

Where an induction goes missing

Four things that cost a contractor an audit finding or a worse day.

The tool store

Every kit out of the store has a name and a return date.

Mindcat Assets checks each Hilti kit, test meter and laptop out to a technician or a site, signed for on the phone, with the date it is due back. The overdue list shows what is still out before the Friday break.

What it costs

Per active learner, in dirhams or riyals, falling as you grow.

AED/SAR 15 per active learner for the first 50, 10 for learners 51 to 200, 7 for 201 to 1,000 and 5 above that. A contractor with 300 workers who sign in this month pays 50 × 15 + 150 × 10 + 100 × 7 = AED 2,950 on the shared option. Workers who don’t sign in that month cost nothing, and supervisors and admins are free. Your own copy in Jeddah or Riyadh is twice the learner price.

FAQ

What HSE managers ask first.

Does it make us compliant with the MOHRE or MHRSD rules?
No, and no software can. It gives every worker the course in his language and keeps a record of who completed it and when. The break, the shade and the water are your site plan.
Our workers have cheap Android phones. Will it work?
It runs in the phone’s browser, so any recent smartphone with a data connection or the camp Wi-Fi works. There is no offline mode.
Who translates the induction?
You, or us during setup from your own material. A human translator, if you want one, is billed at cost.
Can our client see only their site?
Yes. The report by site is filtered to their site, and you send it as Excel or by email on a schedule.
What counts as an active learner?
Anyone who signs in at least once in a month. Workers who don’t sign in that month cost nothing.
Can the data stay in Saudi Arabia?
Yes, on your own copy in Jeddah or Riyadh, or on your own servers. The shared option runs in the UAE.

The brief · one email

Tell us your crew size and the languages they speak.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
