For property management companies in JVC, Dubai Marina, Al Barsha, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh running 30 to 2,000 units for private landlords. With the lease screens we set up for you, Mindcat Lease keeps each lease with its cheque schedule, lists the cheques to bank this week and the ones that came back, sorts renewals by the date the notice has to go out, and builds each landlord’s statement from the rent invoices. Hosted in the UAE or the Kingdom, from AED/SAR 15 per unit a month.

FAQ

What property management companies ask first.

Does it register Ejari or Ejar contracts?
No. Registration stays on DLD’s, the Abu Dhabi registry’s and REGA’s channels. The contract number and status sit on each lease.
Does it bank our cheques?
No. It lists the cheques to bank this week by date and bank, and records each deposit, clearance or return.
Can landlords see their statements?
Yes, as a PDF from the owner statement. A read-only login for each landlord, and the emails that send it, are configured in the managed setup.
Can we import our leases and cheques?
Yes, from our CSV template; a person on our team checks it before import. On managed plans we clean and import them for you, cheque history included.
Can our data stay in the Kingdom?
Yes. The shared plan runs in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, your own copy in Jeddah or Riyadh, or your own servers.
What counts as a unit?
A flat, villa, shop, office or warehouse with a lease or listed as vacant. Tenant and owner logins cost nothing extra; owner logins are configured in the managed setup.
