The company brain

What your best people know, kept where every desk can read it.

Co-workers are only as good as what they can read. The company brain is that reading: shared, permissioned and owned by you.

Tool-neutral

We pick the model and harness for your size, data and security rules.

No vendor pays us to choose. A small team gets something simple to run; a regulated one gets the controls it needs.

How we start

The role map is free. Discovery is real work, so it is paid.

You get an example map on the first call. Discovery and the deployment plan happen inside the build week, because the plan is worth more than the first demo.

  1. Free

The call and an example role map

We walk through your desks and send a written role map for a company like yours: which desk first, and why.

  2. AED/SAR 14,900

The build week: discovery and the plan

Paid. We map the desk’s week, write the deployment plan and get the first co-worker running on your own data. Credited in full if you sign the build within 60 days.

  3. Scoped in writing

    Implementation, sized to you

One desk, a team of co-workers or a company brain. The scope, price and date are written at the end of the build week.

  4. From AED/SAR 6,900 a month

    Someone to run it

Run 8, 20 or 40 hours a month: new rules, checks after each change, a monthly note.

Prices as on What you get. Implementation is priced once the build week has shown what the desk needs.

By company size

One desk, a team, or a company brain.

Most companies start with one desk. The size you end at depends on how many desks hand work to each other.

FAQ

What teams ask first.

Is this a replacement for our team?
No. Each co-worker sits next to a person on one desk. It takes the checking, chasing and typing; the person keeps the decisions and the relationships.
Do we need Salesforce?
No. The co-workers work in the CRM and tools you have. We implement Salesforce when that is the right call, and say so when it is not.
Which desk should we start with?
The one where buyers or tenants wait longest. For most developers that is the sales admin or collections desk; for brokerages, the lead qualifier.
What about Saudi Arabia?
The same desks, with Wafi, Ejar, the REGA ad licence and FAL numbers in place of Oqood, Ejari and Trakheesi. Replies in Arabic first.

The brief · one email

Name the desk where buyers wait longest.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
