Mindcat Social · Social media management tool for Gulf agencies

Every client’s posts on one calendar, approved from a link on their phone.

For social media and marketing agencies in Dubai, Sharjah, Riyadh and Jeddah, then brokerages, restaurant groups and brands with their own marketing team. Plan Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube and Google Business Profile posts for every client on one calendar, in Arabic and English. Your client reads each post on a preview link and approves it there, without a login, instead of a screenshot in WhatsApp. Hosted in the UAE or the Kingdom from AED/SAR 49 per channel a month, with your whole team free and the go-live date in writing after one call.

Five ways a Gulf agency loses the week to its own tools.

What it does · real screens

The screens your team and your clients will use.

“Meta Business Suite is free, so we don’t need a tool” is the belief that keeps the sheet alive. Business Suite plans Instagram and Facebook. The first screen below has TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile posts next to them, for four clients at once. Every screen is captured from our own running copy with invented sample data: a Dubai agency with a Jumeirah restaurant, a Dubai Marina brokerage, a Riyadh dental clinic and a Deira perfume shop. Names, handles and permit numbers are not real.

  1. “The only place anyone sees the whole week is a sheet.”

Every band, option and fee, in writing.

You pay per connected channel, per month: each Instagram account, Facebook page, TikTok account, LinkedIn page, X account, YouTube channel or Google Business Profile location the app posts to. The price per channel drops as you grow: each band’s price applies only to the channels inside that band. Team members are free and unlimited, and your clients approve from a link without an account.

Worked example. An agency with 30 channels pays 10 × 49 + 20 × 35 = AED 1,190 a month (SAR 1,190, USD 324.03), whatever the size of its team. With 100 channels it is AED 2,940 (USD 800.54). With 250 it is AED 5,190 (USD 1,413.21). The shared option has a minimum of AED/SAR 690 a month (USD 187.88), which covers up to 15 channels.

Set up with you, at every size. Mindcat Social has no self-serve start yet. Posting to Instagram, TikTok and the other networks needs an app each network has approved, and we connect each channel with you, so every plan starts with a written plan and the setup below.

One-time setup. Up to 10 channels: AED/SAR 1,900 (USD 517.36). 11 to 30: AED/SAR 3,900 (USD 1,061.95). 31 to 100: AED/SAR 7,900 (USD 2,151.12). Above 100: from AED/SAR 14,900 (USD 4,057.18), scoped in writing. Setup covers your workspace and logo, team invites, your clients set up as groups, connecting each channel with you, the platform app reviews, signatures and tags, the approval routine with preview links, your next four weeks of posts moved in from your sheet, and one training session. Extra work is AED/SAR 350 an hour (USD 95.30).

Not in the price. Paid platform API access (such as X) and AI provider usage are billed at cost. There are no per-post or per-member fees. Annual prepay takes 15% off. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.

Buffer costs less than we do at this size. Our price adds hosting in the region, the channels and platform apps connected for you, the approval routine set up with your clients, and a team in your time zone. If your team is one person with five channels and no clients to ask, Buffer’s per-channel plan or the networks’ own apps may be all you need.

FAQ

What buyers ask about a social media management tool.

What counts as a channel?
Each account the app posts to: an Instagram account, a Facebook page, a TikTok account, a LinkedIn page, an X account, a YouTube channel or a Google Business Profile location. Team members are free, and clients who approve on a preview link never count.
Does it post to Snapchat or WhatsApp?
No. There is no Snapchat channel and no WhatsApp posting. Snapchat stays in its own app. WhatsApp conversations run on Mindcat Inbox.
Can our clients approve posts without an account?
Yes. Send them the preview link to a post. They read it on their phone, type their name and comment or approve. Your team replies in the same thread.
How soon can our Instagram and TikTok accounts be connected?
It depends on the network. Each one has to approve the app that posts for you, and Meta and TikTok reviews can take weeks. We handle the reviews during setup, and your written plan says which networks go live first and when.
Is there a fee per team member?
No. You pay per connected channel. Invite as many people as you need, as users or admins.
Does it work in Arabic?
Partly. Anyone can switch the screens to Arabic and the layout runs right to left, but the translation is machine-made and a few labels stay in English. Captions in Arabic and English work today. We review the screens your team uses during setup.
Can our content and account access stay in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Your workspace runs on our servers in the UAE or the Kingdom, or your own copy runs in your cloud or data centre at the per-channel price × 2.
Does it answer comments and DMs?
No. Social publishes posts. Replies to messages in WhatsApp, Instagram and your website chat run on Mindcat Inbox.
Can we start without a call?
No, not yet. Every Social plan is set up with you, because each network has to approve the app that posts for you. Send your channel list and we reply by email within 24 hours.
What is it built on?
Mindcat Social is built on Postiz, licensed under AGPL-3.0, and we will release our changes under the same licence. You will be able to ask for the source code of the version you use at any time.
