A delivery van and two scooter riders leaving a warehouse stacked with water bottles at dawn, a Gulf city skyline across the water.

Mindcat Dispatch · for operators with their own drivers

Orders on WhatsApp, cash in envelopes, drivers you have to phone. Run it all from one board.

For water and gas distributors, restaurants and grocers, and licensed delivery companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Every order lands on one dispatch board. Drivers get their stops on a phone app, customers get a tracking link, and each driver’s cash is counted before the van is back. We host it in the UAE or the Kingdom, and we set it up for you.

Where the day goes wrong

Five places a Gulf delivery day loses money.

Why Mindcat

The software is open. The Gulf part is the work.

Anyone can download the code. What you pay us for is everything a Gulf operator needs around it.

What is ready today, and what we add during setup.

Every row below is either true today or work we do during your setup. We say which.

What Gulf operators needWhere it stands
Data in the UAE or Saudi ArabiaToday. We host in UAE regions, and in Jeddah or Riyadh for clients who need data in the Kingdom.
Cash on deliveryToday. Cash is recorded per order, and each driver’s total is there before the van is back.
ArabicPartly today. We finish the Arabic screens and the right-to-left layout during setup.
WhatsApp updates to customersAdded during setup, on your own WhatsApp Business account.
Villas and compounds with no street numberToday the driver gets the pin. Makani and Saudi National Address fields are added during setup.

Three ways to run it

Prices

Priced per driver, in AED, SAR and USD.

You pay per driver per month. The price per driver drops as your fleet grows: each band’s price applies only to the drivers inside that band. Dispatchers, admins and finance users are free.

Worked example. A water distributor with 30 drivers pays 10 × 119 + 20 × 59 = AED 2,370 a month (SAR 2,370, about USD 645). With 10 drivers it is AED 1,190. With 200 it is AED 10,300.

How you run it changes the multiplier.

One-time setup. Up to 10 drivers: AED/SAR 7,500 (USD 2,042). 11 to 50: AED/SAR 14,900. 51 to 200: AED/SAR 29,900. Above 200: from AED/SAR 59,900, scoped in writing. Setup covers your branding on the console, tracking page and driver app, importing drivers, vehicles and places, and training dispatchers and drivers in Arabic and English.

Billed at cost, outside the driver price. WhatsApp and SMS messages, Google Maps, payment gateway fees and any AI use. We connect your own accounts so you see those bills directly. Annual prepay takes 15% off. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.

FAQ

What Gulf operators ask first.

Where is our data stored?
In the UAE for the shared option. For your own copy, in the UAE or in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah or Riyadh), whichever you choose. In your own cloud, it stays wherever your account is.
Does it work in Arabic?
Parts of it do today. We finish the Arabic screens and the right-to-left layout during setup, and train your drivers in Arabic and English.
Can customers get updates on WhatsApp?
Yes, once we connect your WhatsApp Business account during setup. Messages are billed by Meta at cost, outside the driver price.
Does it handle cash on delivery?
Yes. Each order records how it was paid, and each driver’s cash total is ready before the end of the shift.
Does it issue ZATCA invoices?
Not on its own. During setup we pass invoices to your ZATCA-ready invoicing or ERP, so the tax invoice comes from the system your accountant already uses.
What counts as a driver?
Anyone who uses the driver app to take jobs in a month. Dispatchers, managers and finance users are free.
What is it built on?
Mindcat Dispatch is built on Fleetbase, open-source software licensed under AGPL-3.0. We publish the changes we make to it under the same licence. What you pay us for is the hosting in the region, the Gulf additions, the setup and running it.

The brief · one email

Tell us your fleet size and how orders arrive.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
