Mindcat Surveys · Customer satisfaction surveys for Gulf public services

Know which branch is letting people down, from the answers they give on their phone.

For Saudi service centres and the contractors that run them, Saudi nonprofit associations, UAE service centres, universities and clinics. Visitors scan a code at the counter or open a link, answer five questions in Arabic or English, and you see satisfaction and its reasons for each branch, course or clinic. The answers stay in the UAE or the Kingdom. From AED/SAR 99 per survey editor a month, respondents free, set up by us with the go-live date in writing after one session.

Every band, option and fee, in writing.

You pay per survey editor per month. A survey editor is anyone who signs in during the month to build surveys, send invitations or read results. The people who answer never count: there are no per-response or per-survey fees. Each band’s price applies only to the editors inside it.

Worked example. A quality team with 10 survey editors pays 3 × 99 + 7 × 69 = AED 780 a month (SAR 780, USD 212.39). With 20 editors it is AED 1,270 (USD 345.81). With 50 it is AED 2,390 (USD 650.78). The shared option has a minimum of AED/SAR 499 a month (USD 135.87), so a team of 3 pays 499.

From 4 editors it covers up to five surveys, your participant lists, invitation and reminder emails in Arabic and English, and who sees which survey. From 11 it covers up to ten surveys, LDAP or Active Directory sign-in if your IT wants it, and export templates for your monthly report. Extra work is AED/SAR 450 an hour (USD 122.53). If you already run another Mindcat app, setup is one band lower.

If two people run one survey a year and nobody minds where the answers sit, a free form tool is enough. If you report satisfaction by branch, survey citizens, patients or students, or your IT team asks where the data lives, ask each option three questions: where the answers are stored, who builds the Arabic version, and how you leave with every answer.

FAQ

What teams ask about customer satisfaction surveys.

Is it approved by Adaa, the Star Rating or DoH?
No. Those bodies run their own measurement, and DoH asks Abu Dhabi providers to use survey operators it approves. Mindcat Surveys is your own feedback, branch by branch as the answers arrive, so you can act before their next result. It doesn’t replace their measurement.
Where are the answers stored?
In the UAE on the shared option. Your own copy can run in Jeddah or Riyadh, or on your own servers or a cloud your IT team chooses. We back it up every night.
Can the survey be in Arabic?
Yes. Each survey can be in Arabic, English or both, laid out right to left in Arabic, and the respondent can switch. Your team’s screens are mostly in Arabic too; the editor still aligns Arabic questions to the left.
Can answers be anonymous?
Yes. Turn on anonymous answers and nothing links an answer to the person, while the participant list still shows who has finished, so reminders go only to the others.
Can each branch have its own QR code?
Yes. Every survey has a link and a QR code today. During setup we make one link and code per branch that records the branch, so you don’t have to ask visitors where they are.
Does it send reminders by itself?
No. Someone on your team presses send, and the reminder goes only to people who haven’t answered. There is no schedule in the product today.
Is there a limit on responses?
No. You pay per survey editor; answers and respondents are not counted or charged.
Can we send the survey on WhatsApp?
Partly. You can paste the link into WhatsApp or show the QR code. WhatsApp and SMS invitations aren’t tracked per person; email invitations are.
Does it make us compliant with Saudi PDPL?
No, and no survey tool can on its own. It keeps answers in the Kingdom or the UAE, or on your servers, lets you collect them anonymously, and lets us delete a person’s answers on request. Your consent wording and policies stay with you.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. We install and run it in your own cloud account or data centre. You will receive the full source code of the version we run, including any changes we make to it, under the GNU General Public License, with the same rights to change and share it.
What counts as a survey editor?
Anyone who signs in during the month to build surveys, send invitations or read results. People who answer surveys never count.
