A product team in a Dubai office reviews a website preview on a large screen before it goes live.

Vercel · build and run

Your site, your app and your agents, live in minutes and watched after.

Changes wait days for a developer. A slow page loses the lead. An agent demo never reaches customers. We build on Vercel so every change gets a preview link, pages are served from a global network instead of one server, and agents run with keys, logs and limits you can see.

Why teams move

Four ways a slow web stack costs you customers.

How we work

From the free assessment to a site we keep running.

  1. Day 1

    Send what you want built

A site, an app, an agent, or the stack you have today. We reply within 24 hours.

  2. Free

    The written assessment

What to build on Vercel, what to keep where it is, and what it costs to run.

  3. Week 1

    The first build week

A fixed AED/SAR 14,900, credited in full if you sign the build within 60 days.

  4. Go-live

    Previews, then production

Your team reviews every change on its own link before it is promoted.

  5. After

    We run it

We keep it patched, watched and changing. Every request has a date.

Worked examples

Six worked examples from the pages below.

Each capability page has three, with every step timed out.

  • A sales head and a developer in a Dubai office check a launch page on a laptop before it goes live.Illustration

    Example

Sales head at a Dubai off-plan brokerage

Today: A new launch page goes up the night before the roadshow. The payment plan table is wrong and nobody notices until a buyer asks.

After: The page is built on a preview link first. The sales head and the project’s sales manager check the payment plan, the floor plans and the lead form before it goes live.

  • A marketing manager and a developer in a Kochi brokerage office watch a property site go live after a code push.Illustration

    Example

Marketing manager at a Kochi real estate brokerage

Today: Every new project page goes through the agency that built the site three years ago. They take a week to reply, and the old server is slow on launch days.

After: The site moves into the brokerage’s own Git repository and onto Vercel Pro. Code runs in Mumbai next to the database. A new project page is a push, a preview and a merge.

  • A courier service supervisor in Saudi Arabia answers customer messages on a phone as drivers load vans behind her.Illustration

    Example

Head of delivery at a Dubai marketing agency with a dozen retainer clients

Today: We run AI copy and image tools for every client. The model bill is one card charge a month, and I cannot tell which client used what.

After: Each client gets its own API key on AI Gateway, with a budget. Spend shows per client, and the account lead approves a higher budget when a campaign needs it.

  • A Dubai brokerage sales manager on the phone with a printed lead list full of crossed-out lines.Illustration

    Example

Sales manager at a Dubai off-plan brokerage

Today: Every launch, the enquiry form fills Salesforce with names like real buyers and numbers that ring nowhere. My agents waste the first hour of the day.

After: The launch form posts to a route on the brokerage’s Vercel site. BotID checks each send, and only sends that pass become Salesforce leads with a WhatsApp follow-up.

  • A leasing agent in a Dubai brokerage reads a customer chat on her phone while a colleague follows the team chat.Illustration

    Example

Leasing manager at a Dubai brokerage

Today: Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp late at night. Agents answer from their own phones the next day, and half the chats never reach the CRM.

After: One bot on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud answers listing questions, creates the lead in Salesforce and posts a viewing request in the team’s Slack channel for an agent to approve.

  • A marketing manager and a developer in a Dubai office go through a printed list of name ideas next to a tower model.Illustration

    Example

Marketing manager at a Dubai off-plan brokerage

Today: Every new project needs its own domain before the ads go out. The last one was bought by our old agency and we never got it back.

After: The project .com is bought on the brokerage’s own Vercel team. The brokerage’s .ae stays at its UAE registrar, with a DNS record pointing a project address at the same launch page.

FAQ

What teams ask before they move.

Are you a Vercel partner?
No. We build and run work on Vercel for our clients, the same way we work on Salesforce, Slack and the AI models we use. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Vercel, and we use Vercel’s own names for its products.
Do we pay Vercel or you?
Your Vercel account is yours, in your company’s name, and Vercel bills you for it. A business site needs a paid plan: the free Hobby plan is for non-commercial use. We charge for the build and for running it after go-live. You can leave with the code, the account and the domains at any time.
Can it connect to Salesforce?
Yes. Most of what we build on Vercel reads from or writes to Salesforce: lead forms, portals, agents and dashboards. Salesforce stays the record; Vercel serves the page or runs the agent.
Is our data kept in the UAE or India?
Vercel has no compute region in the UAE or Saudi Arabia. The nearest is Mumbai (bom1), in India. Each capability page says what Vercel states about regions for that product. Where data must stay in a country, we keep it in a system that stays there and say so in the plan.
Does mindcat.ai run on Vercel?
No. This site runs on Netlify today. We pick the platform per job and tell you why in the assessment.
