United Arab Emirates
An AI and Salesforce company in the UAE.
The first week is in the org, reading what already exists. Dubai HQ, Gulf hours. One team for the Salesforce org and the AI agent that works in it.
Certified Partner since 2010 · MVP Hall of Fame · 200+ agents in production · UAE and US desks
The week
What UAE teams bring us first.
The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
Leads
Leads come in on WhatsApp and go cold by the next day.
An agent takes the first reply on its own WhatsApp inbox, writes the conversation to the Salesforce lead, and routes the ones a person must see.
- · Outcome: every inquiry lands on a record with an owner, not in someone’s phone.
Service
Customers write in Arabic and English. We answer in whichever one the free person speaks.
The agent answers in the language the customer used, from one knowledge base kept in both, and hands off to a person with the thread attached.
- · Outcome: one answer in the customer’s language, with the history on the case.
Data
The data has to stay in the country, and nobody can say where it lives today.
We map where each record and each log goes: the org, the model provider, WhatsApp, the warehouse. Then we pick a deployment your rules allow.
- · Outcome: a written data map, and an agent that only sees what it should.
The org
We have a Salesforce org nobody owns.
We read it before we touch it: automations, sharing, the integration nobody documented. Then we say finish, cut, or rebuild.
- · Outcome: an org with a named owner and a short list of what to fix first.
AI pilots
The AI pilot worked in the demo and never reached production.
One named process, wired to the real records, with a reviewer on the exceptions. Then we stay after go-live.
- · Outcome: an agent on real work, with a person on the outcome.
Systems
Salesforce and the ERP disagree about the customer.
MuleSoft or a direct integration, with write-back that shows its errors instead of dropping them.
- · Outcome: the quote, the order and the service case point at the same account.
AI and Salesforce
AI and Salesforce, which one when.
Most UAE briefs need both. The agent is only as good as the record it reads, and the record only matters if someone acts on it.
Industries
The same problems, by sector.
Where UAE briefs come from most. Each card is the problem, the work, and what changes.
Real estate · brokers and developers
Leads from the portals, WhatsApp and walk-ins. Nobody owns the follow-up.
We map inquiry, viewing, offer and close inside the org, then put an agent on the first WhatsApp reply with a broker on the exceptions.
- · Outcome: the listing the buyer saw matches the record the broker uses.
Government and semi-government
Requests arrive by portal, email and phone, in two languages.
One case record per request, routing a supervisor can see, and an agent on the repeat questions. Data residency is settled before design.
- · Outcome: every request has a status the requester and the team can both see.
Banking and insurance
Campaigns go out as lists. The branch already knows the customer.
Journeys on one customer profile, and for insurers, an agent that moves the policy book from the last system into yours.
- · Outcome: the message matches what the branch already knows.
Healthcare
Reminders are a call list. Screening goes out as a blast.
Appointment reminders on SMS and WhatsApp, and education tied to the condition. Patient data stays where the health data law puts it.
- · Outcome: staff take back the hours spent chasing tomorrow’s list.
Logistics and free-zone operations
The portal, the licence and the follow-up live in three places.
Quote, order and service on one account, integrations that write back with an owner, and an agent on the portal work a person repeats daily.
- · Outcome: service can see what shipped last week.
Retail and distribution
The same account exists three times. The next store cannot see the last order.
One account every store can trust, POS visible on the record, and a mobile path for field reps.
- · Outcome: one customer, one history, every store.
Data and regulation
Data and regulation in the UAE.
General notes, not legal advice. Your counsel decides what applies; we design the org and the agent to what they decide.
Field notes
Work we can describe.
Engagements from across the practice, not only this country. Named only where the client said yes.
Regional bank, UAE
Journeys that know what the branch knows
Marketing Cloud journeys on one customer profile. Opens moved from the low teens into the mid-40s, the number the bank measured.
Regional property team
Inquiry, viewing, offer and close on one record
Follow-up lives in the org, not a personal inbox. Contracts attach to the deal instead of a shared drive.
Regional hospital network
Reminders on SMS and WhatsApp, not a call list
Screening tied to the condition. Clinic staff took back the hours they spent chasing the next day’s list.

Questions
What we actually say.
- Is Mindcat a Salesforce partner in the UAE?
- Yes. Mindcat has been a certified Salesforce partner since 2010, and the HQ is in Dubai as Mindcat Technology Consultants FZE, in Deira. The founder, Shivanath Devinarayanan, is in the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame. We implement Salesforce and build the AI agents around it, so one team owns both halves of the work.
- Can AI agents answer customers in Arabic?
- The models we build on, Claude, Gemini and OpenAI, read and write Arabic and English. Quality depends on your content: the answers, templates and policies the agent draws on need to exist in both languages. We test on your real messages before go-live and send anything uncertain to a person.
- Where does our data live?
- Where your rules say it should, within what your platforms support. Salesforce data sits in the org and its Hyperforce region. A custom agent can run in a cloud region you pick, and Azure and AWS both run UAE regions. We write down where every record and log goes before the agent sees anything.
- Agentforce or a custom agent?
- Agentforce when the work lives in the Salesforce org and the users already work there. A custom agent on Claude, Gemini or OpenAI when the seat is WhatsApp, a free-zone portal, or a system Salesforce would only see as a middleman. Many UAE briefs end up hybrid. We say which after you name the process.
- How fast can we start?
- Send the situation and we reply within 24 hours. The first week after that is spent in your org and systems, reading what exists, and you get a written assessment before anyone quotes a build. The real start date depends on access to the org, so we do not publish one.
- Do you only work in Dubai?
- No. The HQ is in Dubai and we take work across the emirates: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah each have their own page. Most work is remote, with on-site days when the situation needs them. US teams are served by the same practice.
The brief
Send the situation.
WhatsApp the Dubai desk if the week is already on fire. Otherwise send the situation and you will hear back within 24 hours.
