Notes

Read first. Then decide.

For buyers choosing a Salesforce or AI partner: notes on partner selection, cost, rescue and AI strategy. When reading stops helping, send the decision and hear back within 24 hours.

Start from your week

Which note fits the week you are having?

  • Example

Finance director at a Dubai distributor

Today: Two Salesforce partner proposals on the desk, priced on different scopes, and a board meeting on Thursday.

After: Both partners are scored on the same weighted dimensions before the meeting.

  • Example

COO at a Riyadh logistics firm

Today: An AI pilot passed every demo and has sat in "Phase 2" for months.

After: The failure holding it is named in a short audit, and rescue or restart is decided within a week.

  • Example

Sales operations lead at a US software company

Today: Go-live happened, but reps still keep the real pipeline in a spreadsheet.

After: Weekly active users are read against licensed seats, and the org gets a written call: finish, cut, or rebuild.

    Failed project rescue
  • Example

Head of security at a DIFC-registered fintech

Today: Teams are connecting agents to production data through MCP servers nobody has listed.

After: Every connector has an owner, a scope and a renewal date in one registry.

After the reading

When reading stops helping.

  1. 01Week 1 in the orgWe read what already exists before anyone adds a cloud.
  2. 02Written noteWhat is worth fixing, what is worth finishing, and what is not. Not a dashboard.
  3. 03Fixed scope and priceWe can fix-price a named, scoped piece once the process is clear. We will not fix-price a rescue we have not assessed.
  4. 04BuildWe implement around the process you already run.
  5. 05We stayAfter go-live, a person stays on the exceptions.

The brief

Tell us the decision.

The assessment is free: a short read of the org and a written note. If you go ahead, the first build week is a fixed AED/SAR 14,900 (about USD 4,050), credited in full when you sign the build within 60 days. The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
