Sales Cloud
Sales Cloud. Leads, opportunities, and the forecast on one desk.
Sales Cloud is the desk for leads, opportunities, and forecast. We implement it around the process the team already runs.

Before and after
The forecast is a negotiation today.
Today
After the build
- The real pipeline lives in a rep's private sheet
- The rep updates the record because it saves them a step
- Leads arrive in four inboxes and nobody owns them
- One intake, one owner per lead, the reply time on the record
- Stages copied from a template your deals never pass through
- Stages named after how your deals really move
- Monday's forecast is argued, then rounded
- Managers read the forecast and defend it in review
In the org
What this cloud is actually for.
Sales Cloud is where your leads, opportunities, and forecast live. We implement it around the way your reps already sell, so the record is worth updating and the forecast is worth reading. If your reps keep a private spreadsheet after go-live, the org lost and we will say so.
Who this is for
Three sales desks, one shape of problem.
If one of these sounds like your Monday, Sales Cloud is in play.
Example
Sales director at a Dubai building-materials distributor
Today: Twelve reps, one shared sheet, and a forecast rebuilt by hand every Sunday night.
After: Deals move on the record during the week, so Monday's review starts from the same number.
Example
Leasing manager at a Riyadh commercial real estate developer
Today: Enquiries from portals, walk-ins and brokers land in personal phones and inboxes.
After: Every enquiry becomes a lead with one owner and a first-reply time someone can see.
Real estate enquiriesExample
VP of sales at an Atlanta logistics software company
Today: Field reps log meetings days later, if at all, and renewals surprise finance.
After: Reps update the opportunity from their phone before the next meeting, and renewals show a quarter ahead.
The desk
The Monday review, once the record is the forecast.

Where this cloud sits in your agent architecture.
Sales Cloud is a system of record. The agent work around it belongs on these planes.
Find your week
From one email to a desk that works.
The same path for every cloud. No number before the process is clear. The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
Today
Send the situation
One email: the cloud, the desk, and the week that hurts. A reply within 24 hours.
Week one
Read the org
Read-only access to the org or the sheets you run today: lead sources, stages, the forecast you send upward, and the private sheets reps keep.
End of week one
The written note
What is worth building, what is worth finishing, and which cloud earns the seat. Often fewer than you were quoted.
Then
A fixed price for one named piece
Scoped after the read. Week one is credited in full when the build is signed within 60 days.
Go-live
Handover to the people who run it. The Run plan if you want someone on it after go-live.
Questions
What we actually say.
- Do you implement Sales Cloud as a greenfield org?
- Yes, when the process is named. We also inherit orgs that already have Sales Cloud and nobody trusts the forecast. The first week is in the records either way.
- Will you invent a pipeline-uplift percentage?
- No. We will tell you whether reps stopped keeping private sheets. That is the work we can stand behind.
- How does this sit next to Agentforce?
- Sales Cloud is the desk. Agentforce is a runtime that can act on those records if the users already live in Salesforce. They are not the same product.
The brief
Send the situation.
Name the cloud. Name the week. The assessment is free: a short read of the org and a written note. If you go ahead, the first build week is a fixed AED/SAR 14,900 (about USD 4,050), credited in full when you sign the build within 60 days.
