Industries · Public services and nonprofits

Beneficiary satisfaction for every branch and programme, before the outside score arrives.

For Saudi government service centres and the contractors that run them, Saudi nonprofit associations and UAE service centres. Beneficiaries answer a short Arabic survey from a code at the counter or a link after a programme; you see satisfaction and its reasons for each branch or programme as the answers arrive, and export it for your report. The answers stay in the Kingdom or the UAE. From AED/SAR 99 per survey editor a month on Mindcat Surveys, with no charge per answer.

Beneficiary satisfaction results in Mindcat Surveys: a bar chart of overall satisfaction from very dissatisfied to very satisfied for a sample service-centre survey, and stacked bars rating waiting time and staff courtesy.

What it costs

Per survey editor, in riyals or dirhams, with no charge per answer.

AED/SAR 99 per survey editor for the first 3, 69 for editors 4 to 10, 49 for 11 to 25 and 35 above that. A team of 10 who build surveys and read results pays 3 × 99 + 7 × 69 = AED/SAR 780 a month on the shared option, with a minimum of 499. Your own servers hosted by us are twice the editor price. Beneficiaries who answer never count.

FAQ

What service and quality teams ask about beneficiary surveys.

Does it replace Adaa’s measurement or the Star Rating?
No. Those are run by Adaa and by the UAE government with their own methods. Mindcat Surveys is your own measurement per branch, built as the answers arrive, so you can act before their next result.
Will it satisfy the NCNP governance standard?
It depends on your assessment. It gives you the beneficiary survey, the results per programme and an export to publish or attach. Whether that meets the standard is NCNP’s call, not ours.
Can the answers stay in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Your own copy runs in Jeddah or Riyadh, or on your own servers or a cloud your IT team chooses.
Does it make us compliant with Saudi PDPL?
No, and no survey tool can on its own. It keeps answers in the Kingdom, can collect them anonymously, and lets us delete a person’s answers on request. Your consent wording and policies stay with you.
Can beneficiaries answer in Arabic?
Yes. Surveys are laid out right to left in Arabic, with English one tap away.
We already have a happiness meter at the counter. Why add a survey?
Keep the meter. It records one tap per visit. A short survey asks the reasons, such as wait time, staff and clarity of requirements, and shows them per branch.
What does a small association pay?
The shared option has a minimum of AED/SAR 499 a month, which covers up to 5 survey editors, plus a one-time setup of AED/SAR 2,200 for up to 3 editors. Prices exclude VAT.
What counts as a survey editor?
Anyone on your team who signs in during the month to build surveys, send invitations or read results. Beneficiaries who answer never count.
