A bright open-plan office of a Gulf company with a sales desk, a finance desk and a front desk, a team lead pointing at one desk on a whiteboard that reads Pick one desk.

AI co-workers · by role

Work waits at one desk while the rest of the team is busy. Put an AI co-worker on that desk first.

For companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, from a ten-person team to several departments. We find the desk where customers or files wait longest, put a co-worker on the checking, chasing and typing, and leave every decision with your people. Then the next desk, until the desks work as a team around one company brain.

Where work waits

The slow part is rarely the decision. It is the checking, chasing and typing around it.

A team of co-workers

Each desk gets a co-worker. Each step keeps a person who signs off.

An example from a property developer: the sale passes five desks, and the work moves between them without a forwarded email.

The company brain

What your best people know, kept where every desk can read it.

Co-workers are only as good as what they can read. The company brain is that reading: shared, permissioned and owned by you.

Tool-neutral

We pick the model and harness for your size, data and security rules.

No vendor pays us to choose. A small team gets something simple to run; a regulated one gets the controls it needs.

How we start

The role map is free. Discovery is real work, so it is paid.

You get an example map on the first call. Discovery and the deployment plan happen inside the build week, because the plan is worth more than the first demo.

  1. Free

The call and an example role map

We walk through your desks and send a written role map for a company like yours: which desk first, and why.

  2. AED/SAR 14,900

The build week: discovery and the plan

Paid. We map the desk’s week, write the deployment plan and get the first co-worker running on your own data. Credited in full if you sign the build within 60 days.

  3. Scoped in writing

    Implementation, sized to you

One desk, a team of co-workers or a company brain. The scope, price and date are written at the end of the build week.

  4. From AED/SAR 6,900 a month

    Someone to run it

Run 8, 20 or 40 hours a month: new rules, checks after each change, a monthly note.

Prices as on What you get. Implementation is priced once the build week has shown what the desk needs.

By company size

One desk, a team, or a company brain.

Most companies start with one desk. The size you end at depends on how many desks hand work to each other.

Examples

What changes on the first desk.

  • Example

Team leader at a Dubai brokerage

Today: Weekend portal leads wait until Monday.

After: Every lead gets a first reply and a routing note. The team leader checks the hot list on Saturday morning.

    Lead qualifier
  • Example

Helpdesk lead at a facilities company in Abu Dhabi

Today: Tenant complaints arrive on WhatsApp and are typed into the system by hand.

After: The co-worker logs each complaint with photos and a priority. The helpdesk lead dispatches and handles escalations.

    Facilities management
  • Example

Practice manager at a Riyadh clinic

Today: Insurance approvals wait because a form field is missing.

After: Each request is checked against the payer’s list before it goes. The front desk handles the patient; the doctor decides.

FAQ

What teams ask first.

Is this about cutting staff?
No. A co-worker takes the checking, chasing and typing on one desk. The person keeps the decisions, the relationships and the sign-off. What you do with the time is your call.
What is free and what is paid?
The call and an example role map for a company like yours are free. Discovery and the deployment plan are the build week, a fixed AED/SAR 14,900, credited in full if you sign the build within 60 days.
Which AI do you use?
The one that fits your size, data and security rules: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, an open-weight model you host, or a custom harness. We test it on your own cases before it runs.
Where does our data go?
Where you decide. We write down which systems a co-worker may read, where the model runs and what is logged before anything goes live.
Do we need Salesforce?
No. Co-workers work in the CRM and tools you already have. We implement Salesforce when it is the right call, and say so when it is not.

The brief · one email

Name the desk where work waits longest.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
