Every client brand on one calendar, and approvals that stop living in WhatsApp.

For social media and marketing agencies with 5 to 40 people in Business Bay, Al Quoz, Dubai Media City, Sharjah, Al Olaya and Al Rawdah, running Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Google profiles for 8 to 40 clients. Mindcat Social puts every client’s posts on one calendar, sends each post to the client as a link they approve on their phone, and charges per channel with your whole team free. Hosted in the UAE or the Kingdom, from AED/SAR 49 per channel a month.

Where an agency loses margin

Real screens

Social media management for agencies, on the screens you and your clients open.

FAQ

What agency owners ask first.

Can each client see only their own posts?
Yes, through the preview link: a client sees the post you send them, never the calendar. Inside your team, everyone sees the workspace, and a client filter narrows it to one brand.
Do our clients need an account to approve?
No. They open the link, type their name and comment or approve.
Will our clients see your brand?
Yes, on the preview link: the Mindcat Social name sits at the top, above your client’s post. Your own logo there is not offered today.
Does it post to Snapchat?
No. Snapchat stays in its own app.
What happens to a client’s channels when they leave?
You disconnect them and stop paying for them from the next month. Their posts and media can be exported first.
Is there a fee per team member?
No. You pay per connected channel; invite as many people as you need.

The brief · one email

Tell us how many client channels you run and how approvals work today.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
