These terms cover your use of mindcat.ai. The site is run by Mindcat Technology Consultants FZE, F-15 Warba Center, Deira, Dubai, UAE ("Mindcat", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Client work is under a separate contract
Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept. Services, prices, timelines and any guarantee apply only once they are written into a statement of work or contract signed by both sides. If that contract differs from these terms or from anything on the site, the contract wins.
What the content is for
Guides, blog posts, use cases, comparisons and sample notes are general information about Salesforce, Slack and AI tools. They are not advice for your organisation. Products, editions and prices change, so check them with the vendor before you buy or build. We try to keep pages accurate and dated, but we don't promise that every page is current.
Calculators
The ROI calculators start empty and run only on the numbers you enter. Their results are your own estimates, not a quote, a forecast or a promise from Mindcat.
What you send us
When you send a brief or use the chat, you confirm that you are allowed to share it. Please don't send passwords, credentials or confidential records through a form. Ask for a secure channel instead. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- disrupt the site or try to get into anything that isn't public
- submit false or automated briefs
- scrape the site at a rate that degrades it
- use it to break the law
Our published agent endpoints (llms.txt, /api/markdown and the contact API described in openapi.json) are there for automated readers. Use them within their documented limits.
Our content and trademarks
Text, illustrations, code samples and the Mindcat name and cat mark belong to Mindcat. You may quote short passages with a link back. You may not republish whole pages or our illustrations without permission.
Salesforce, Slack, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Other product names belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the products we work with. This does not mean those companies endorse this site.
Links and embedded content
We link to other sites and embed some third-party content, such as videos after you press play. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mindcat is not liable for loss that comes from using or relying on this site. That includes loss of profit, revenue or data, and any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, these terms don't take them away.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
