Does it work out the Tourism Dirham?

Yes, once set up: per bedroom per night at your category rate, on its own line. The desk adjusts stays over 30 nights, and you file the return yourself.

Can guests book in Arabic?

Partly. The site switches to Arabic and runs right to left, with some labels still in English. We finish the guest screens during setup.

Can our guest data stay in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Your own copy can run in Jeddah or Riyadh, or on your own servers.

Does it register guests in Shomoos?

No. Your desk keeps registering guests in Shomoos as today.

What it costs

Per unit, in dirhams or riyals, falling as you grow.

AED/SAR 20 per unit for the first 20, 12 for units 21 to 60, 8 for 61 to 150 and 5 above that, with a minimum of 490 a month. A 60-unit building pays 20 × 20 + 40 × 12 = AED 880 a month on the shared option, plus a one-time setup of AED 4,900. Staff logins and extra buildings are free, and there are no per-booking fees. The dedicated option, hosted by us in the UAE, Jeddah or Riyadh, is twice the unit price, with a minimum of AED/SAR 5,599 a month.
