What it does · real screens

Website analytics for Gulf launches: the screens your team will use.

Captured from our own running copy with invented sample data: a sample agency with six client websites in Riyadh and Dubai, 60 days of visits. No real people or businesses.

  1. “Was it Snapchat or Google that brought them?”

    Every campaign, source and medium

Name your ads with UTM tags and each campaign gets its own line: visitors by source, medium and campaign, next to referrers like Google, Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok. The attribution report shows which channel came first and which came last before a goal.

    Used by
    Performance marketers, agencies

UTM report: the campaign that brought the visit, by name.
  2. “The leads come on WhatsApp, not the form.”

The clicks that turn into leads

WhatsApp taps, register-interest forms, calls and brochure downloads each count as an event, with details such as the unit type. We tag up to five buttons per website during setup; your developer adds more with one attribute.

    Used by
    Marketing managers, sales directors

Events: the WhatsApp clicks the sales team receives, counted at the source.
  3. “The ads go live at 9 pm. Is anyone coming?”

    Launch night, as it happens

See visitors right now, which page they are on, where they came from and which country they are in. Useful on launch night and the first hour of a sale.

Realtime: the first hour of the launch, minute by minute.
  4. “How many people scanned the billboard?”

Short links for QR codes and WhatsApp buttons

Make a short link for each billboard, flyer, brochure PDF or WhatsApp line and put it behind a QR code. Each link gets its own report: visitors by day, country and device.

  5. “Thirty clients, thirty logins.”

Every client website in one place

Put each client’s websites in your team and see them all on one list, each with its visitor trend for the week. When a client wants its own login, we put that client’s websites in a team of their own, with your account team in it too and the client as view-only if you like.

Websites list: one team, every client site.
  6. “The owner won’t open another dashboard.”

A link the owner opens on his phone

Turn on a read-only link for one website and send it on WhatsApp or email. It opens on a phone with no login: visitors, pages, sources and countries for the dates they pick. We create share links only when you ask for one.

Analytics and the rules

The product’s part of the rules, and your counsel’s.

Analytics software can keep visitor data in the country and collect less of it. It can’t decide for you what your privacy notice says or whether your site needs a consent banner. That is your counsel’s call, and we never say a website is compliant because of a tool. Our own site, mindcat.ai, runs Google Analytics and Ahrefs behind a consent banner. The table sums up the official pages and legal summaries we read in October 2026.

RuleWhat it saysWhat Mindcat Analytics does, and where it stops
Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (SDAIA)Fully enforceable since 14 September 2024. The full price list

Every band, option and fee, in writing.

You pay per website per month. A website is one site or domain you track: the Arabic and English versions of the same site count once, and a separate launch microsite counts as one more. Logins are free and unlimited, for your marketing team, your agency, your owners and your developers. The price per website drops as you add sites, and each band’s price applies only to the websites inside that band.

USD is the AED price divided by 3.6725, to the cent. A buyer in Saudi Arabia pays the SAR number.

Events included. Each website includes up to 200,000 events a month (page views plus the clicks we track), pooled across all your websites. Above the pool, each extra million events is AED/SAR 19 (USD 5.17). There are no per-visitor fees.

Worked example. An agency with 10 client websites pays 5 × 99 + 5 × 39 = AED 690 a month (SAR 690, USD 187.88). With 40 websites it is 495 + 15 × 39 + 20 × 19 = AED 1,460 (USD 397.55). Up to five websites, the monthly minimum of AED 499 (USD 135.87) applies.

Above 100: from AED/SAR 19,900 (USD 5,418.65), scoped in writing. Setup covers your copy or team in the country you choose, your logo, the script on a subdomain of yours, your websites added and the script installed with your web team, up to five tracked clicks per website (WhatsApp, call, form, booking or brochure), a UTM naming sheet for your Snapchat, TikTok, Google and Meta ads, a shared link per website if you want one, a retention period if you set one, and an hour of training in Arabic or English. Extra work is AED/SAR 450 (USD 122.53) an hour.

FAQ

Questions Gulf marketing and IT teams ask first.

Do we still need a cookie banner?
That is your counsel’s call. We can tell you what the product does: the script sets no cookies, the IP address is used to find the country and city and is not stored, and a visitor’s session is a code that changes every month. Your banner may still be needed for other tags on your site.
Does it replace Google Analytics?
Partly. It covers visitors, pages, sources, campaigns, events, funnels and revenue. It doesn’t build ad audiences or feed Google Ads bidding. You can run both while you compare, and keep GA4 only where you need those ad features.
Where is the data stored?
On shared servers in the UAE or in Jeddah, on your own copy in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, or in your own cloud, wherever your account is. Backups stay in the same country.
What does it collect about a visitor?
The page, the referrer and campaign tags, the browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language, and the country, region and city. Not the name, not the email and not the IP address. You can also drop URL parameters before they are sent.
Who at Mindcat can see our data?
Only the engineers who run your copy, to keep it working. On shared servers your team space is separate from other clients’ by the app’s permissions. In your own cloud, your IT team decides who has access.
Can we track WhatsApp clicks and form submissions?
Yes. We tag up to five buttons per website during setup, such as WhatsApp, call, register interest and brochure download. Your developer can add more with one attribute.
Can our agency give each client their own view?
Yes, two ways. A read-only shared link per website that opens without a login, or a team per client: the client’s login sees only that team’s websites, and your account team is a member of every client’s team.
Is the interface in Arabic?
Yes, mostly. Menus, reports and settings are in Arabic, right to left, for anyone whose language is set to Arabic. A few newer labels still show in English.
What counts as a website?
One site or domain you track. The Arabic and English versions of the same site count once; a separate launch microsite counts as one more. Each website includes 200,000 events a month, pooled across your sites.
How do we leave?
Export each website as CSV whenever you want, ask for a database extract of your websites, or move the whole copy onto your own servers. The licence lets you keep running it.

The brief · one email

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
