We switch the layout to right to left and fix the wording during setup.

You pay per staff calendar per month. A staff calendar is one person or resource patients book: a doctor, a therapist, a stylist, a service advisor or a bay. Receptionists and managers who run the diary are free, and patients never count. Each band’s price applies only to the calendars inside it. There are no per-booking or new-client fees.

Worked example. A clinic with 8 doctors and therapists pays 5 × 59 + 3 × 45 = AED 430 a month (SAR 430, USD 117.09). With 20 it is AED 920 (USD 250.51). With 50 it is AED 1,870 (USD 509.19). The shared option has a minimum of AED/SAR 399 a month (USD 108.65), so a 3-doctor clinic pays 399.

Above 40: from AED/SAR 15,900 (USD 4,329.48), scoped in writing. Setup covers your branding, services and prices, each staff member’s hours with breaks, Friday and Ramadan hours, the booking page in Arabic and English with the right-to-left layout, your mail, a reminder email the day before, and training. From 6 calendars it also covers WhatsApp or SMS reminders through your own provider, Google Calendar sync and moving your patient list in. From 16 it covers branches, roles per branch and webhooks to your clinic system. Extra work is AED/SAR 450 an hour (USD 122.53).

Not in the calendar price. WhatsApp, SMS and email sending fees are billed at cost. They sit on your own provider account where we can set it up that way. Annual prepay takes 15% off. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.

If you want a self-serve tool and are happy to set it up yourself, Zoho or Calendly cost less. If you need medical records too, a clinic system fits better. Ask each option three questions: where the booking data sits, who sets up your hours and reminders, and how you leave with every booking.

FAQ

What clinics ask about an online booking system.

Can patients book in Arabic?
Partly. The booking page and the emails are in Arabic today, and patients switch language on the page. The layout still runs left to right, a few labels stay in English and some words read as translated; we switch it to right to left and fix the wording during setup.
Does it send reminders before the visit?
It depends on setup. The app sends a confirmation when a patient books or changes a visit, not a reminder. During setup we add a reminder email the day before. From 6 calendars, we also add WhatsApp or SMS through your own provider. Message fees are billed at cost.
Where is our booking and patient data stored?
In the UAE on the shared option. Your own copy can run in Jeddah or Riyadh, or on your own servers. We back it up every night.
Can each doctor see only their own appointments?
Yes. A practitioner login shows only that person’s bookings. Reception and managers see everyone, and a secretary login can run chosen doctors’ diaries.
Can patients pay a deposit when they book?
No. There is no online payment or deposit today. Patients pay at the clinic.
Does it replace our clinic management system?
No. It takes bookings; it does not hold medical records or insurance claims. It can send each booking to your clinic system through its API and webhooks, which we connect during setup.
Can a clinic group run all its branches on it?
Partly. One copy can hold every branch: each service carries its branch location, and a secretary login can run one branch’s doctors. There is no branch picker on the booking page and no built-in utilisation report today; we give you each branch its own booking link and pull reports from the export or the API.
What counts as a staff calendar?
One person or resource patients book: a doctor, therapist, stylist, service advisor or bay. Receptionists and managers who run the diary are free, and patients never count.
Can we leave with all our bookings?
Yes. We export every booking and patient record and hand them over. You can also move it onto your own servers and keep us running it.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. We install and run it in your own cloud account or data centre. You will receive the full source code of the version we run, including any changes we make to it, under the GNU General Public License v3, with the same rights to change and share it.
