AI AGENTS · INDIA

AI calling agents that update Salesforce, in your customer's language.

Your borrowers, policyholders and buyers answer in Hindi, Tamil or Malayalam. We build the agent that calls them, reads their documents and writes every outcome to Salesforce, with a person on anything it isn't sure of. It is our First Agent in Production offer, in your customer's language: one named process in one language pair, with a target of about 30 days to go live.

What the build enforces.

We build these controls into the agent. Your compliance team signs off what applies to your licence.

Questions

What we actually say.

Which Indian languages can the agent speak?
With Sarvam: Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia and English by voice. It can understand 22 Indian languages and read documents in all of them.
Do we need Agentforce?
No. If you already run Agentforce, we add the Indian-language voice path to it. If you don't, the agent writes to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud directly.
Who do we contract with?
Mindcat Consulting Private Limited in Kochi, for teams in India. You hold your own Sarvam or voice provider account.
How fast can it go live?
We aim for one named process in one language pair in about 30 days, including a shadow period. The written assessment after the first week sets the date. More languages follow once the first one holds.
Can you say what it costs per call?
We work it out with you from Sarvam's list prices and your call lengths before the build. We don't quote a per-minute figure we haven't measured on your calls.
