Commerce Cloud

Commerce Cloud. The storefront and the order desk.

Commerce Cloud is the storefront and the order desk. We implement it around how you already sell, not a conversion slide.

Before and after

Two systems, one order , two answers.

Today

After the build

The site sells stock the store sold this morning
Storefront and order desk read the same stock
Every promotion waits on a developer
Merchandisers change pages and promotions themselves
Staff re-key web orders into the ERP each night
The order writes back through the validation your clerk already hits
B2B buyers email a PDF to reorder
Contract pricing and reorder in the buyer's own portal

In the org

What this cloud is actually for.

Commerce Cloud is the storefront and the order desk, for B2B or B2C, whichever you already sell. We implement it around your fulfilment reality: the ERP stays the source of truth unless you tell us otherwise in writing, and the order write-back has to survive the validation your clerk already hits.

Who this is for

Three order desks that stopped re-keying.

If someone types web orders into the ERP by hand, Commerce Cloud may be the fix, or a pipe may be enough. We will say which.

  • Example

E-commerce manager at a Jeddah fashion chain

Today: The site and twelve stores keep separate stock counts.

After: One fulfilment view across channels, and the ERP stays the owner of stock.

  • Example

Sales operations lead at a Dubai food-service wholesaler

Today: Restaurant buyers reorder by WhatsApp and email at midnight.

After: Buyers reorder at their contract price in a portal, and the order lands in the ERP the same night.

    Grocery field note
  • Example

Digital director at an Atlanta specialty-parts maker

Today: Dealers call to check order status the rep cannot see.

After: Order status sits on the account, so the rep and the dealer read the same line.

Examples of the work, not case studies. Roles and cities are typical of the desks we see.

The desk

The store and the website, reading the same stock.

Find your week

From one email to a desk that works.

The same path for every cloud. No number before the process is clear. The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.

  1. Today

    Send the situation

One email: the cloud, the desk, and the week that hurts. A reply within 24 hours.

  2. Week one

    Read the org

Read-only access: the storefront, the order path, the ERP write-back, and the orders someone fixed by hand last month.

  3. End of week one

    The written note

What is worth building, what is worth finishing, and which cloud earns the seat. Often fewer than you were quoted.

  4. Then

A fixed price for one named piece

Scoped after the read. Week one is credited in full when the build is signed within 60 days.

  5. Go-live

    Your team owns the desk

Handover to the people who run it. The Run plan if you want someone on it after go-live.

Questions

What we actually say.

B2B or B2C?
Whichever you already sell. We implement around that, not a conversion slide.
Do you replace the ERP?
No. Commerce Cloud is the storefront and the order. The ERP stays the source of truth unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
Will you publish a conversion-rate lift?
No. We will tell you whether merchandising and fulfilment share a record.

The brief

Send the situation.

Name the cloud. Name the week. The assessment is free: a short read of the org and a written note. If you go ahead, the first build week is a fixed AED/SAR 14,900 (about USD 4,050), credited in full when you sign the build within 60 days.
