Experience Cloud

Experience Cloud. A login when it beats another inbox.

Experience Cloud is the portal the customer, partner, or staff already needs. We implement it when a login beats another inbox.

The honest test

A portal, or just a page?

A login earns its seat when

Send a page instead when

Customers or partners ask for the same status every day
Nobody needs to log in to get the answer
They need documents or records only they may see
The content is the same for everyone
They act on it: upload, approve, reorder
The licence includes it but no desk asked for it
One audience is named, with its sharing written down
Three communities are planned for one audience

In the org

What this cloud is actually for.

Experience Cloud puts a portal in front of the records you already hold, so the customer or partner can see status without phoning your desk. We will name the one audience it is for. If nobody needs to log in, do not buy it: send them a page instead.

Who this is for

Three desks that stopped answering the same call.

Each has one audience behind one login.

  • Example

Customer service head at a Dubai developer's handover team

Today: Buyers phone weekly to ask where their snagging list stands.

After: Buyers log in to see their unit's snag items and dates, and the phone queue drops to real problems.

  • Example

Channel manager at a Dammam industrial-equipment distributor

Today: Partners get price lists and lead updates as spreadsheet attachments.

After: Partners see their leads and price book behind one login and update status themselves.

  • Example

HR operations lead at a Houston healthcare staffing firm

Today: Contractors email for shift confirmations and documents.

After: Contractors download documents and confirm shifts in a staff portal that reads the same record.

Examples of the work, not case studies. Roles and cities are typical of the desks we see.

Find your week

From one email to a desk that works.

The same path for every cloud. No number before the process is clear. The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.

  1. Today

    Send the situation

One email: the cloud, the desk, and the week that hurts. A reply within 24 hours.

  2. Week one

    Read the org

Read-only access: the questions your desk answers by phone, the records behind them, and the sharing model that decides who may see what.

  3. End of week one

    The written note

What is worth building, what is worth finishing, and which cloud earns the seat. Often fewer than you were quoted.

  4. Then

A fixed price for one named piece

Scoped after the read. Week one is credited in full when the build is signed within 60 days.

  5. Go-live

    Your team owns the desk

Handover to the people who run it. The Run plan if you want someone on it after go-live.

Questions

What we actually say.

Customer, partner, or staff?
Name the desk. Experience Cloud is a portal. We will not build three communities because the licence includes them.
Is this the same as a marketing site?
No. If nobody needs to log in, do not buy Experience Cloud. Send them a page.
Who owns it after go-live?
Your team. We handover. We do not stay to moderate the community.

The brief

Send the situation.

Name the cloud. Name the week. The assessment is free: a short read of the org and a written note. If you go ahead, the first build week is a fixed AED/SAR 14,900 (about USD 4,050), credited in full when you sign the build within 60 days.
