What it costs

Per doctor, in dirhams or riyals, falling as you grow.

AED/SAR 59 per staff calendar for the first 5, 45 for calendars 6 to 15, 35 for 16 to 40 and 25 above that, with a minimum of 399 a month. A clinic with 8 doctors and therapists pays 5 × 59 + 3 × 45 = AED 430 a month on the shared option, plus a one-time setup of AED 4,900. Receptionists are free, and there are no per-booking fees. The dedicated option, hosted by us in the UAE, Jeddah or Riyadh, is twice the calendar price, with a minimum of AED/SAR 1,999 a month.

FAQ

What clinic owners ask first.

Can patients book online in Arabic?
Partly. The booking page and emails are in Arabic today, but the layout runs left to right. We switch it to right to left and fix the wording during setup.
Does it send appointment reminders?
It depends on setup. The app sends confirmations, not reminders. During setup we add a reminder email the day before. From 6 calendars, we also add WhatsApp or SMS through your own provider.
Can our patient booking data stay in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?
Yes. The shared option runs in the UAE; your own copy can run in Jeddah or Riyadh, or on your own servers.
Is it a clinic management system?
No. It takes bookings. It does not keep medical records or file insurance claims, and it can send each booking to your clinic system through its API and webhooks.
Can each doctor see only their own patients’ bookings?
Yes. A practitioner login shows only that person’s bookings; reception and managers see everyone.
What counts as a staff calendar?
Each doctor, therapist or room patients book. Receptionists and managers are free.
