Client wants the hours behind the invoice: is a template enough for your Dubai agency?

A template is enough while one person owns the file, fewer than about five people edit it and no client has asked for the hours behind an invoice. Move to software when one month sits in several files, a retainer ran over unseen, or a client wants the hours. At Mindcat, we run a client-question test before we quote.
