A developer’s finance team reviews payment schedules on two large monitors, a printer with receipts and a wall calendar, a half-built tower outside.

Real estate CRM · payments and ERP

Sales says the buyer paid. Finance says the ERP disagrees.

Payment plans tie to construction milestones and run for years after handover. Sales sees one number, finance another. We set up the plan on the booking in Salesforce, send reminders before each instalment, and keep invoices and receipts in step with NetSuite or your ERP, so both teams read the same balance.

Before and after

What changes for the team.

  • Example

CFO at a Dubai developer with three towers under construction

Today: Month end means exporting the CRM and the ERP and matching receipts in Excel.

After: Receipts flow from the ERP to each booking. The collections view is the same number finance reports.

  • Example

Customer care lead with 400 post-handover plans

Today: Owners on post-handover plans get no reminders once sales has moved to the next launch.

After: Reminders run from the plan, and overdue owners appear in the morning list in Slack.

FAQ

What teams ask first.

Does Salesforce replace our ERP?
No. The ledger, VAT and escrow accounting stay in your ERP. Salesforce holds the plan and the buyer; the two stay in sync.
Which ERPs do you connect?
NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and local ERPs with an API. We use MuleSoft or a lighter connector, depending on volume.
Can buyers pay online?
Yes, through a payment link from your payment provider, paid into the right account and matched to the instalment.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
