Real estate CRM · brokers and channel partners
Three brokers claim the same buyer. All three want the commission.
Brokers bring most off-plan buyers in Dubai, and each one keeps their own record of who they introduced. We set up a partner portal on Salesforce where brokers register, see the inventory you allow, register buyers before the visit and track their commission from booking to payout.

FAQ
What teams ask first.
- What is the partner portal built on?
- Salesforce Experience Cloud, so brokers work on the same records as your team, with only what you share.
- Can the portal check a broker’s RERA registration?
- It records the ORN and BRN and their expiry dates, and your team checks them. It does not look them up with DLD by itself.
- How do you stop two brokers claiming one buyer?
- Registration is matched on phone and email. The first registration within the window owns the buyer, and later ones are told at once.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
