An overseas buyer at home in the evening looks at a tablet showing a construction site, a coffee cup beside him and a city skyline with a crane through the window.

Real estate CRM · buyer portal

Your buyer is in London. He emails every week to ask how the tower is going.

Off-plan buyers wait two or three years for their keys, often from abroad. They want their statement, their documents and proof the building is rising. We set up a buyer portal on Salesforce with all three, plus requests that reach the right team.

Every use case

Every portal use case we set up.

Pick the ones you need. Most teams start with three or four.

Before and after

What changes for the team.

  • Example

Customer care manager at a developer selling to overseas buyers

Today: Half the inbox is “send my statement” and “how is the building going”.

After: Buyers find both in the portal. The inbox is left with real requests, each with an owner.

  • Example

Project director at a Dubai developer

Today: Progress photos go out by email to a list that is always out of date.

After: One update posted per tower reaches every buyer’s portal and an email notice.

FAQ

What teams ask first.

What is the portal built on?
Salesforce Experience Cloud, on the same records your team uses, so the buyer sees what your team sees about their unit.
Can buyers log in with UAE Pass?
It can be added for UAE residents. We explain where it fits and where it does not in our UAE Pass guide.
Can the portal be in Arabic?
Yes. Experience Cloud supports Arabic right to left. We translate the screens your buyers use.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
