Launch day in a Dubai event hall: buyers queue with paper tokens, consultants work at long tables with laptops, a wall screen shows an abstract grid of coloured squares beside a tower model.

Real estate CRM · launch day

Two consultants sold the same unit at 10:14. The board was a spreadsheet.

On launch day the inventory changes every minute. EOI holders wait with tokens, brokers call for their buyers and discounts get agreed at the table. We set up one live inventory in Salesforce with holds that expire, a queue that follows the EOI order and approvals that happen in Slack.

Before and after

What changes for the team.

  • Example

Sales operations head at a Dubai off-plan developer

Today: The launch inventory is an Excel file on a shared drive. At 10:14 two tables book the same unit.

After: Every table works the same live board. A unit can be held by one consultant, and the hold ends after 30 minutes.

  • Example

Sales director at a Riyadh developer

Today: Discounts are agreed by phone and turn up at contract time.

After: Each request reaches Slack with the floor price, and the answer is on the booking before the buyer leaves the table.

FAQ

What teams ask first.

Can the board handle a few hundred people booking at once?
Yes. Salesforce locks a unit when one consultant holds it, so a second table sees it held. We rehearse the day with your team on a copy of the inventory first.
Do EOI payments go through Salesforce?
The payment goes through your payment provider or bank. The token, the receipt and the refund status are kept on the buyer record.
Can brokers see the inventory?
Yes, through the partner portal, with only the units and prices you choose to show them.
