Real estate CRM for brokers · offers and transfer
Form F is signed. Now six people chase the NOC by phone.
Between the agreed price and the title deed sit the deposit cheque you hold in trust, the developer NOC, the mortgage, KYC, the trustee appointment and the fees. We set up Salesforce so each deal carries its offers, Contract F, deposit and every step to transfer, with a Slack channel for the people working it.

Offers, Contract F, the deposit the brokerage holds as trustee and every step to transfer, on one deal. The fee estimate is a draft the trustee office confirms.
- 01Offers: every offer and counter-offer with its date and answer.
- 02Contract F: signed by both, with the transfer date and conditions.
- 03Deposit held in trust: the cheque, its bank, who holds it and when it is released.
- 04Transfer checklist and fee estimate: what is done, what is next, and the fees to confirm at the trustee office.

Sales manager
Every resale between offer and transfer, and what is holding each one: a low valuation, a slow NOC, a buyer’s funds.
- 01Each column is a step from offer to closed, with the value in it.
- 02Chips say what is holding a deal: a low valuation, a slow NOC, funds awaited.
- 03Top right: commission expected this quarter against what has been collected.

Before and after
What changes for the team.
Example
Conveyancing admin at a 30-agent brokerage
Today: Twelve deals between Form F and transfer, tracked in a notebook and a WhatsApp group.
After: Each deal has its checklist and a Slack channel. The board shows which one waits on a NOC.
Example
Finance manager holding deposit cheques
Today: Cheques sit in a drawer with a list in Excel. An audit question takes a day.
After: Each cheque is logged on its deal with its release condition and released with a task.
FAQ
What teams ask first.
- Does the CRM sign Contract F?
- No. Contract F is signed as a smart contract through the DLD channels. Salesforce stores its reference, the dates and the conditions, and runs the steps that follow.
- Are the fees on the deal exact?
- They are a draft from DLD’s published fees, marked “confirm at the trustee office”. The office confirms the final amounts.
- Does it file the REAR?
- No. It adds up cash on each deal and tells your MLRO at AED 55,000. The MLRO decides and files on goAML, and the reference is stored on the deal.
