Real estate CRM for brokers · matching and viewings
He wants yield, a 2-bed and a handover by 2027. Which of 1,300 units fit?
A broker sells resale homes the brokerage lists and off-plan units from every developer it has an agreement with. The buyer’s brief lives in the agent’s head. We set it up as fields in Salesforce, so every listing and every developer’s stock is matched against it, and the viewings, keys and feedback are on the same record.

The problem
Where a good brief turns into the wrong viewings.

The screens
The brief, the matches and the day.
Example buyers, buildings and figures. Off-plan prices carry the developer sheet’s date.

Buyer’s agent
The buyer’s brief is a set of fields, so every resale listing and every developer’s stock is matched against it, with the source and date of each off-plan price.
- 01Buyer preferences: the brief as fields, including purpose, handover window, finance and Golden Visa interest.
- 02Matched units: resale listings and off-plan units from several developers in one list, scored against the brief.
- 03Source line: off-plan prices come from developer sheets, with the date they were updated.
- 04Send and book: the shortlist goes on WhatsApp and the viewings are booked from here.

Buyer’s agent, on the road
The day’s viewings with who confirmed access. Feedback takes one tap after each, so the seller hears it the same evening.
Every use case
Every matching use case we set up.
Pick the ones you need. Most teams start with three or four.
Before and after
What changes for the team.
Example
Off-plan team lead at a 45-agent brokerage
Today: Agents forward developer PDFs to buyers. Two buyers were offered the same sold unit in one week.
After: Developer stock is imported with its sheet and date, and agents send units from the match list.
Example
Secondary market agent in Dubai Hills
Today: Viewings fall through because tenants weren’t told and keys were with the owner.
After: Each viewing has access confirmed by template and the keys noted before the buyer drives over.
FAQ
What teams ask first.
- How does off-plan stock get into Salesforce?
- From each developer’s price list and availability sheet, imported when it arrives, or from a developer feed where one exists. Each unit keeps its source file and date, and the agent confirms with the developer before booking.
- Can the matching use rental yield?
- Yes, as an estimate from rents you record for similar units. It is labelled an estimate, and the agent can override it.
- Do buyers get a portal?
- They can, but most prefer WhatsApp. Shortlists, viewing times and documents go there, and their replies come back to the record.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
