Real estate CRM · after handover
You know every owner until handover. Then they become a WhatsApp group.
After handover the owner leases the unit, the building needs maintenance, service charges fall due and some owners sell. That work moves to a property manager, a facility team and an owners’ association, each with its own system. We keep the owner, the unit and the history on one record, with leasing and maintenance apps around it.

Every use case
Every after-handover use case we set up.
Pick the ones you need. Most teams start with three or four.
Before and after
What changes for the team.
Example
Head of customer experience at a developer with 4,000 handed-over units
Today: Owners vanish into the property manager’s system. Sales starts each launch with cold lists.
After: Owners stay on the record after handover. Those who opt in hear about the next launch first.
Example
Facility manager for three towers in Dubai Hills
Today: Tenant requests come by phone to the concierge and are tracked on paper.
After: Requests come in by QR code or message, go to a technician as a work order and close with a photo.
FAQ
What teams ask first.
- Do we need Salesforce for leasing and maintenance?
- No. Mindcat Lease and Mindcat Maintain are hosted apps that work alone and connect to Salesforce, so the owner record stays whole without a licence for every technician.
- Does it register Ejari contracts?
- Your team registers them. The tenancy record keeps the Ejari number, dates and documents.
- Can owners’ association work live here too?
- The notices, votes and service charge reminders can. The association’s accounts stay with its accounting system.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
