What usually stops it

Each obstacle gets a named answer.

The four reasons a Salesforce build drifts from the process, and what we do about each one.

What usually stops it

What we do about it

Five products on a slide
We read the process, then say which cloud earns a seat
Inquiries land in five places
One record per inquiry, one owner, the reply time on it
Systems that do not talk
Reuse the integration when it is real. Build a pipe when it is not
A price before anyone read the org
No number before week one. A fixed price for a named piece after

Processes we start with

The first piece, named.

  • Example

GM at a Dubai car rental company

Today: Bookings come by phone, WhatsApp and the website, and fleet status is a whiteboard.

After: Each booking is one record with the car, the customer and the deposit on it.

  • Example

Sales director at a Riyadh B2B distributor

Today: Quotes are built in spreadsheets and approved by email.

After: Quotes are built on the opportunity and approvals are written back with a name and time.

  • Example

Admissions head at a US training provider

Today: Enquiries sit in three inboxes.

After: One enquiry record with an owner and the next step dated.

Examples of the work, not case studies. Roles and cities are typical of the desks we see.

The method · Find your week

Fixed price for a named piece.

We can fix-price a named, scoped piece once the process is clear. We will not fix-price a rescue we have not assessed.

  1. Day 1

    You send the situation

One email or four fields. A written reply within 24 hours.

  2. Free

    The assessment

A short read of the org and a written note. No charge.

  3. Week 1

    In the org

A fixed AED/SAR 14,900 (about USD 4,050), credited in full if you sign the build within 60 days.

  4. End of week 1

    The note

What is worth fixing, what is worth finishing, and what is not.

  5. Then

    The number

A fixed price for the first named piece. No number before that.

Week one

The process on paper, with the person who runs it.

A consultant and an operations manager review a process sheet together in week one.Illustration
Week one is spent with the people who do the work, not in a workshop room.

The brief · one email

Tell us the process you are buying for.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
