Slack, set up around your work

Your team chases every decision across WhatsApp, email and Excel. Give the work one place.

Leads wait in inboxes. Discounts get approved in a chat nobody can find. Vendors are a phone call away from the facts. We set up Slack with your CRM so requests, approvals, customers and partners sit in channels your company owns.

Where the work leaks

Five places money and customers slip away.

None of these is a software problem on its own. Each one is work living somewhere the company cannot see: the lead in Salesforce, the approval in email, the decision in WhatsApp.

The same work

Today, and in Slack.

Today

In Slack

Web and ad leads sit in an inbox until someone checks.
Each lead posts to #leads with its source and is assigned in the thread.
Approvals wait in an inbox or happen in WhatsApp with no trail.
Request in #deal-desk, routed to the approver; the answer is written back to the CRM.
An urgent case bounces between teams by email.
The case opens a channel, pulls in the right people and closes with a summary on the record.
Access granted on a WhatsApp message, with no record.
Requests routed to the manager and the system owner, logged on approval.
From the use-case library. Each one is a setup we do, not a client story.

Slack in 60 seconds

Your phone came set up. Your Slack workspace won’t.

Slack calls itself a work OS: people, apps and data in one place, so nobody jumps between tabs to get an answer. A phone arrives ready. A workspace arrives empty. The channels, the sign-in, the Salesforce link and the first approvals are the setup, and that part is ours.

What we do

Start with Slack. Grow from there.

Each step stands on its own. Most teams start with the first two and add the rest when the channels are busy.

  1. Before you buy

    Plan and licences

Which Slack plan fits, who needs a seat, and what your IT team must control. Licences come from Salesforce today. We help you pick the plan and work with your Salesforce account team.

  2. Launch

    Workspace and people

Workspace, channels, sign-in, retention and the move off WhatsApp groups. Your people trained on the work they do, not on features.

  3. First workflows

    Approvals with a record

Requests, approvals and handovers that run in Slack and leave a record. Discount and spend approvals are usually first.

  4. Next

    Slack and Salesforce

Leads, deals and cases post to the right channel. Decisions made in Slack are written back to the record.

  5. When channels are busy

    Agents

Agentforce or Claude working in the same channels as your people, on one named job, with a person approving what matters.

  6. After launch

    Run

We stay. New workflows, new channels, and the admin work nobody inside has time for.

Examples

Three desks, three first channels.

  • Example

Head of sales, Dubai off-plan developer

Today: Brokers ask “is 1204 free?” in WhatsApp groups, and two of them claim the same buyer.

After: Brokers ask in a shared channel and get availability from Salesforce. Registrations are time-stamped on the record.

    Real estate
  • Example

    Finance manager, Riyadh distributor

Today: Purchase requests wait in email chains, and vendors chase finance by phone.

After: A request form routes by amount to the right approver. Vendor questions are answered in #finance-help.

    For CFOs
  • Example

    People lead, Kochi software company

Today: Day-one tasks depend on who remembers, and IT tickets arrive by email.

After: A welcome workflow with a checklist and access requests. #it-help opens a ticket and updates the thread.

People, partners and agents

Where your team, your partners and your agents work in the same thread.

Most AI tools are one person talking to one bot. Real work has a requester, an approver, a customer and often a vendor. Slack puts all of them, and the agent, in the same channel, with the record one click away.

Our own desk

Mindcat runs on Slack.

Our own work and approvals run in Slack. We set it up for clients the way we use it ourselves.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do we need Salesforce to use Slack?
No. Slack works on its own, and Slack has a built-in CRM on some plans. Most of our clients connect Salesforce because that is where customers and deals already live.
Where do the Slack licences come from?
Licences come from Salesforce today. We help you pick the plan and the seat count, work with your Salesforce account team, and set up the workspace.
How long does a launch take?
It depends on how many teams and channels you start with. We write the scope and the first workflows down before any work starts, so you see it before you agree.
What happens to our WhatsApp groups?
We map them to channels, agree which conversations move, and train people on the new place. Customer WhatsApp can stay; internal decisions move to Slack.
Do you do AI agents in Slack?
Yes, once the workflows are in place. Agentforce when the work lives in Salesforce, Claude when it does not. One named job at a time, with a person approving what matters.
Who looks after it once it is live?
We can, on the Run plan: set hours a month for workflow changes, a check before each Salesforce release, and a written monthly note. The What you get page has the plans.
Do you work outside real estate?
Yes. Real estate in Dubai is where we show the most detail, but the use cases cover sales, service, finance, HR, IT and operations in any company.

The brief · one email

Name the process that leaks.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
