What to ask

Architect, admin, developer. On the people in the org.

What to ask

A cert count, and a name.

What the pitch says

What to ask for

Hundreds of certifications
The names of the people in your org, and their certs
A logo wall of badges
Who signs the design
Architects on the team
Who stays after go-live

Who checks

Names, not counts.

  • Example

    CIO at a Dubai bank

Today: Every partner on the shortlist claims hundreds of certifications.

After: Ask for the names of the people in your org, and their certs, before you sign.

    Financial services
  • Example

Head of IT at a Riyadh hospital group

Today: The pitch had architects. The build team had none.

After: The person who signs the design is named in the proposal.

    Healthcare
  • Example

Operations director at a US courier company

Today: The last partner’s certified team left after go-live.

After: Ask who stays after go-live, and get it in writing.

    Couriers and delivery
Examples of the work, not case studies. Roles and cities are typical of the desks we see.

The brief

Tell us who will be in the org.

The assessment is free: a short read of the org and a written note. If you go ahead, the first build week is a fixed AED/SAR 14,900 (about USD 4,050), credited in full when you sign the build within 60 days. The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
