The engagement

Three stops, quoted from the note.

  1. Before

    The week as it was

The farmer writes on the channel they already use.

  2. The week

    What we built

Salesforce around the process that already exists: inquiry, quote, delivery, service. Digital where the farmer already is.

  3. What we stand behind

    What stayed

What we will stand behind is the record: demand in one place, contracts on the account.

Illustration of the kind of week. Not a named-client result.

Before, and the week

What the week looked like.

A regional agriculture desk. They are not named here. The week is the one we already publish on the agriculture page: seasons, dealers, and WhatsApp.

Ag teams sell through dealers and a channel the farmer already uses. Seasonal orders pile up in a spreadsheet. HQ and the dealer do not share inventory.

We implement Salesforce around inquiry, quote, delivery, and service. We do not invent a precision-ag yield number. An agent only if that desk is named.

What we will stand behind is the record: demand in one place, contracts on the account. There is no published yield or dollar figure for this work.

What changed

What we will stand behind.

Before

What changed

Dealers and HQ do not share the same inventory story.
Dealer and direct demand sit on one record.
Seasonal orders pile up in a spreadsheet.
Seasonal contracts attach to the account, not email.
The company files in Salesforce later.
Inbound inquiry has a desk, not a spreadsheet until someone types it in.

Where the same work fits

The same week, other desks.

  • Example

Sales manager at a Sharjah building materials distributor

Today: Contractors order on WhatsApp through dealers. In the busy months the orders pile up in a spreadsheet.

After: Dealer and direct orders sit on one record, with the contracts on the account.

    Manufacturing and distribution
  • Example

Service head at a Dubai air conditioning contractor

Today: Summer requests arrive on WhatsApp faster than anyone can type them in.

After: Each request has a desk the day it arrives, not a spreadsheet row.

    Contractors
  • Example

Regional manager at a Kochi tractor dealer

Today: Farmers call the dealer. HQ sees the order only when someone types it in.

After: HQ and the dealer read the same inventory story.

The honest no

When we are the wrong partner.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.
