About Yasmin

You have the keys. The boxes are in the hallway. School starts in two weeks.

Most families I meet have just moved to Dubai or into a bigger place, and they are living out of suitcases in rooms that echo. They want a home that feels settled, but they also need it to survive children, sand and long summers indoors.

I trained in Beirut and worked on residential projects in Dubai for nine years before opening my own studio in d3. I take on a few homes at a time so I can be there myself, from the first measure to the day the last shelf goes up.

    The room you use most, finished properly.

    A living room, a bedroom or a kitchen. I plan the layout, choose every piece and handle delivery and fitting.

    Full apartment or villa

    Every room planned together, from empty to lived in.

    Layouts, joinery, lighting, furniture and soft finishes. I manage the trades and walk you through each stage on site.

  3. 03

    Design-only plan

    A complete plan you carry out yourself, at your own pace.

    Floor plans, a materials board and a shopping list with sizes, for each room. Two follow-up calls when you start buying.

Questions people ask

Do you work on rented homes?

Yes. Most of my clients rent. I plan around what the landlord allows and choose pieces you can take with you.

Can you work with furniture we already own?

Always. We go through what you have on the first visit and keep what earns its place.

Do you work outside Dubai?

I take homes in Dubai and Sharjah. For Abu Dhabi, the design-only plan works well.
