I spent eleven years leading teams in hospitality and retail across the Gulf before I started coaching. Now I sit with one new leader at a time, every week for their first 100 days, and we work through what is actually on their desk.

    A restructure, a former peer who now reports to you, a performance talk. We script it and rehearse it.

    Team reset

    A half-day with you and your direct reports.

Do you work with people outside Dubai?

Yes. About half my sessions are online, across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Can my company pay?

Most of my clients are paid for by their employer. I send the invoice to whoever you name.

What if I am not new in the role?

Then we start from where you are. The first session is the same.
