About Karim
Your guests arrive at eight. You should be with them.
A family dinner for twenty in Dubai usually means the host spends the night between the stove and the door. The food is good, but they barely taste it, and the cleaning runs past midnight.
I grew up between Damascus and Beirut, cooking beside my mother for big family tables, and spent years in hotel kitchens before I started cooking in people’s homes. Now I bring the shopping, the cooking and the clearing up, and I leave your kitchen as I found it.
